Our Dunkelweizen all grain beer kit recipe is a German wheat beer that has a distinctive banana and clove yeast character.  This recipe won a Silver medal in the German Wheat Beer category of the 2017 Pro-Am competition.

To make an all grain batch of beer you will need some advanced homebrew equipment.  Minimum 8 gallon kettle and a way to boil 8+ gallons of wort (usually propane burner or electric element), mash tun or BIAB equipment.
