SMaSH stands for “Single Malt and Single Hop”.  This is a great way to get to know the exact flavor and aroma of a particular hop variety.  Centennial hops are sometimes billed as a supercharged Cascade, they have a pleasant spicy citrus aroma and clean bitterness.  This beer kit produces approximately 5 gallons of beer.
