Brewing Process:

1. Preparation: Clean and sanitize all brewing equipment.
2. Mixing: Dissolve the malt extract in water, ensuring a smooth mixture.
3. Fermentation: Add either dextrose or dry malt extract as well as the yeast to the cooled mixture and allow it to ferment for about 14 days at a consistent temperature that's ideally 18-22C.
4. Bottling: Once fermentation is complete, bottle the beer and let it carbonate for an additional 2 weeks.

In addition to this kit you will need either 1kg of Dextrose or 2-3lb of dry malt extract when making the beer kit and either carbonation drops or more dextrose on bottling day.
