A 1oz pack of Ahtanum pellet hops.  Ahtanum hops are a relatively newer hop variety, first cultivated in the Yakima Valley in Washington, USA.  These hops are known for their aromatic properties, offering a floral bouquet with notes of citrus and pine. Its alpha acid content generally ranges from 5.7% to 6.3%, positioning it in the moderate range for bittering potential.

Ahtanum hops are praised for their complex aromatic profile, which includes floral, citrus, and earthy notes, adding depth to the beer's aroma.  These hops work exceptionally well in dry hopping, where they can impart a vibrant and fresh aromatic profile to the beer.
